Devorah's Art is a small shop run by a family. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• When you buy: payment happens on PayPal, not on this site. We never see your card or bank details. PayPal shares your name, email address and what you bought with us so Devorah can send you your file.
• When you use the "Trouble with checkout?" form: we receive the email address, the piece and the message you type, so we can finish your order by email.
• Visit statistics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people like. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects things like your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are.
• Your cart: the items in your cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address) to deliver pages and block attacks.

How we use it

Only to deliver the art you bought, answer your messages, and understand which pages help visitors. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Some pages may link to other shops, such as Amazon. If you buy through those links we may earn a small commission. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The shop still works without them.

How long we keep it

Order emails are kept as long as needed to deliver your file and keep basic sales records. Google Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply to your PayPal receipt email, or use the "Trouble with checkout?" form on any product page, and we will answer.

Children

This shop is meant for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
